Before purchasing you must have the Lightroom mobile and the Files app on Iphone/Android to be installed. After purchasing your file while be downloaded to the File app it will create a folder with all the presets you can open the folder and save the presets to Lightroom. Click the "..."  in the top left hand corner in the lightroom app. Under their it will say "Create Preset" and that is how you can save all my presets in the collection. Be sure to name them so it will make saving the presets lets confusing.
